I am Harish S and using swiggy for sometime now. I am a one member with swiggy which allows me nil delivery charges at selected outlets and restaurants. Today dated 22nd May 2022.

I placed an order in swiggy application at 1203 pm, but i did not receive order until 02.03 pm, and after raising this issue with the support team, they, instead of delivering my order, cancelled my order against my wish.

My whole afternoon was wasted and swiggy is responsible for this negligence and misleading customers. need my refund asap and compensation of INR 10000/- Further to add here.

Swiggy kept misleading me that they will deliver my order by arranging another delivery partner as their first delivery partner was riding a bi cycle and did not reach until i raised a query with their helpline on swiggy application.

They were overall misleading and kept telling lies that the order got cancelled due to technical issue which was not the case as they themselves told me that they will cancel for which i had told not to as i had waited for the order for more than 2 hours.

Without my permission swiggy cancelled and placed refund to my bank account as i wanted it in my swiggy wallet which they did not bother to check with me at all and neither took my permission, it is sheer negligence, cheating and misleading loyal customers like me.

Need to take stringent action with swiggy with a compensation so that they don't lure any other customers in future, thank you, will await a swift action.
